A shoreside gathering of Classic Yacht Association Pacific Northwest Fleet members. &lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;This e-mail contains sign-up information and key details. Please click the &lt;strong&gt;Register&lt;/strong&gt; button to register, let us know if you are joining the Friday Parade, add boat details, and sign up for the Saturday night dinner.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;The 2026 Bell Harbor Rendezvous is a first come, first serve event. Registration is open until the marina is full or May 20, whichever first occurs.&amp;nbsp; Dinner reservations will be made until there are 70 signed up, with a wait list starting after.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;Here are event details:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong style=""&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" style=""&gt;Marquee Class:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" style=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;For our 29&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; Annual Bell Harbor Rendezvous – our marquee or featured class of boats will be our Centennial Fleet, boats that are now celebrating their 100&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; birthday and were built in 1926.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;ITINERARY&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;FRIDAY, JUNE 19: Join&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;the annual Bell Harbor Boat Parade off Elliott Bay Marina at 1300 hours (1:00 PM). Look for the parade leader, Teal, and listen to the “CYA Parade Director” on Channel 69. Boats will parade down the waterfront and will gather off Bell Harbor Marina to be directed in by the harbormaster. The dock plan will be distributed to registered participant boats a week before the event. Please indicate in your registration whether you will participate in the parade. Once you have arrived, please pick up your welcome/goody bag from Maranee. Parade participants will receive further instructions closer to the event on June 19&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;We are truly fortunate to feature the Port of Seattle Chowder Feed again this year. It will be held on Friday, June 19 at 6 PM at the head of the dock. The port is again providing us with Chowder from Pike Place Chowder and beer, and wine are being provided by Aaron LaPointe from Historic Maritime Foundation. Please come and join the fun. Sponsors will be invited to the event and be sure to thank our sponsors without whom we could not have this event.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;SATURDAY, JUNE 20:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;Continental breakfast at the head of the dock provided by Husky Deli. Breakfast will run from 0800 to 0930 and will include coffee, pastries, fruit, and protein items.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;Boat Show&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;– Open to the public from 10-4. You are expected to open your boat for public tours and to complete at least one volunteer shift. Thanks to our generous sponsors, we are again providing this fabulous weekend free of charge (except for the dinner Saturday night) and in exchange and in support of the CYA’s mission of education about classic boats, public interaction is required and it is essential. Registered participants will be receiving instructions about their volunteer shift in confirming e-mails for event participants and in their Welcome Bags. Also, if you want to stay at Bell Harbor Marina on Thursday night or Sunday night you will have to make a reservation directly with the marina and pay your moorage. Call Mike to reserve 206-787-3951. Make your reservation early – once the dock plan is available it will be provided to Mike and he will try to put you in your assigned slip if you decide to arrive on Thursday.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;Dinner&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;: Our festive Bell Harbor Celebration Dinner will again be provided by Anthony’s Homeport Restaurant in the private dining room upstairs. Social time at 5:45; dinner to be served at 6:30. To look at the menu, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="https://classicyacht.org/resources/Documents/PNW/Events/Anthonys%20Banquet%20Menu%202026.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;click here&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. No need to select menu choices in advance! Beverages are available at your own expense. The dinner is $115.00 per person and there is a strict limit of 70 people to make your reservations when you register. There will be no dinner tickets for sale at the event. Dinner entertainment will be a description of each 100-year-old boat by her caretakers. &amp;nbsp;In the event that you have to cancel your dinner reservation, no refund will be provided for any cancellation that we receive on or after June 12, 2026.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;SUNDAY, JUNE 21&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Aptos, sans-serif" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;BREAKFAST:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;The Sunday breakfast will run from 8:30-9:30 at the head of the dock. The Sunday menu will be similar to Saturday with one exception. A new event sponsor, Mama Grande Café in Ravenna, is providing a giant pan of cooked bacon for all of us. Owner of Mama Grande Café is Alex Garcia, a friend of Diane Lander and former Executive Chef at the Seattle Yacht Club.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 27px;"&gt;&lt;font face="Verdana, sans-serif" color="#000000" style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;Throughout the weekend look for the auction table where some of the items that have been raffled in the past will be auctioned in a silent auction. Some items will still be raffled. For the auctioned items, make your bids on Saturday during the day and early Sunday morning! Winners will be announced on Sunday morning at 9:30 with all proceeds going to the PNW Fleet of the CYA to help offset the cost of this event. Award for Best Engine Preservation, and People’s Choice and two People’s Choice Honorable Mentions will be given. Unless you have arranged to stay on Sunday night with the Bell Harbor Marina, please depart after the Awards Ceremony and not before. No early departures please! &amp;nbsp;Anyone who departs early without the dockmaster’s permission will not be allowed to register for this event again.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
